Self-serve branded mobile set up

The Challenge

When we launched our Branded mobile app, the set-up process was very manual.

There was a lot of back-and-forth communication between them and Thinkific's technical support team.

This made the process time-consuming and hard to scale operations. We had a growing list of customers to build apps for.

Our goal was to shorten the manual set-up process by creating a self-serve user experience that could help make the app set-up experience faster, easier, and less intimidating for our customers.

The end result: a process that initially took over 1 month was reduced to 30 minutes.
